Warranty Details — what does the 1-week warranty cover?
Our 1-week warranty covers factory defects on the replaced part (e.g. a screen that develops dead pixels, touch responsiveness issues, or a battery that fails to hold charge under normal use). It does NOT cover new physical damage (drops, cracks, bent frames) or water/liquid damage that occurs after the repair. If anything covered goes wrong within 7 days, bring the device back and we'll fix it at no extra cost.
